Decent. Not more than that, at least for now.

7Sultans sits in the same corporate family as Spin Casino and Jackpot City, which is reassuring on paper: one licence, one set of compliance people, terms that are written the same way across the group. What drags the score down is simple. We could read the licence and the company details in the footer, but the bonus, the cashier minimums and the payment list did not load in a way we could verify from where our checks ran. A review that guesses those numbers is worse than one that says "check on site", so that is what you will see below.

The operator changed: who runs 7Sultans in 2026

Our 2023 page named Digimedia Ltd, a Malta Gaming Authority licence and a Gibraltar listing. That information is out of date.

The current footer says this:

We also looked the domain up on the Kahnawake permit-holder page. It sits under Baytree Interactive Limited. Small oddity: the page header still says "Updated September 28, 2023" even though it contains newer entries, and the KGC list does not print licence numbers at all. So the 01059 figure comes from the operator's own footer, cross-checked only by the company name.

Why does a change of operator matter to you? Your account terms, your complaint route and the rules on withdrawals all follow the licence holder. If you had a 7Sultans account years ago, the terms you clicked through then are not the ones that apply now.

Which provinces can sign up

Ontario is out. 7Sultans is not in the iGaming Ontario directory (accurate as of 1 Sep 2026), so Ontarians should look at the Ontario regulated list instead.

Alberta is out too, in practice. The province opened its own regulated market on 13 Jul 2026, run by the AGLC and the Alberta iGaming Corporation, and unregistered operators had until 13 Oct 2026 to leave. We could not match 7Sultans to any Alberta registration. A sister company, Cadtree Limited, is registered there, but which brands it covers is not published. Details on the Alberta page.

Québec? Unverified. The site exposes French-language paths, which hints at Québec traffic, but we did not test it from a Québec connection and did not find a province-by-province restriction list we could read. Sister sites in the same group accept Québec; that is a hint, not a confirmation. Our Québec guide lists the casinos where Québec access is confirmed.

Everywhere else (BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the Atlantic provinces, the territories) the site appears to take sign-ups, with your provincial age rule applying: 18+ in Manitoba, 19+ in the rest. Welcome bonus: what we can and can't confirm

The 2023 page sold this casino on a match bonus "up to $500", shown in euros at the time. We are not repeating that figure as current. The welcome offer, its minimum deposit and its wagering are marked check on site.

Here is what we do know, and it comes from the group, not from 7Sultans directly. On Spin Casino and Jackpot City, which run under the same Baytree licence, the bonus terms we read set wagering at 35x the bonus amount, a maximum bet of €8 per round while a bonus is active, and a two-month window before an unused match bonus is forfeited. Amounts were shown to us in euros; confirm the C$ figure in the cashier. Those sister-site terms also allow the casino to cap welcome-bonus winnings at 6x the first deposit, at its discretion, with progressive jackpots exempt.

Would 7Sultans copy those terms word for word? Probably. Group casinos usually do. But "probably" is not a fact, so open the bonus terms before you deposit and look for three numbers: the multiplier, the max bet, and the deadline.

(Reading T&Cs in the Tim Hortons line is a real skill, by the way. The max-bet clause is usually somewhere around the double-double.)

Interac, cashier limits and payouts

What the group's other casinos list is fairly consistent: Interac, iDebit and Instadebit for Canadians, plus cards and e-wallets. If 7Sultans follows the pattern, an Interac deposit is the obvious route, and your bank's daily Interac limit (not the casino) will usually be the thing that stops you. Mine always runs out on a Friday night, never on a Tuesday.

Two clauses from the sister sites' general terms are the ones we would want to see in the 7Sultans version before playing big:

• A withdrawal cap of 10,000 per 24 hours, written in pounds sterling "or currency equivalent".
• A discretionary limit of €4,000 per week for players who have withdrawn five times or more their lifetime deposits.
• A clause allowing winnings to be paid in euros regardless of account currency.

That last one bothers us more than the caps. A Canadian site should pay in Canadian dollars. Identity checks follow the usual pattern: photo ID, a proof of address under six months old and proof that the payment method is yours, mandatory from €2,000 in single or cumulative transactions on the sister sites.

Games and the software behind them

In 2023 this was a single-studio casino, Microgaming only. That world has moved on.

The Baytree sister sites now list Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Blueprint Gaming among others, with live tables from OnAir Entertainment. We did not get a clean read of the 7Sultans lobby itself, so its exact studio list is check on site. Expect a heavy slot catalogue with progressive jackpots, because that is what this group has always been built around.

Before staking anything, try the classics in demo mode on our side: Mega Moolah, Thunderstruck II and Tomb Raider 2 for slots, or European blackjack and European roulette if tables are more your speed. RTPs on any real-money version can be set lower by the operator; check the game's info panel.

The safety tools matter more than the chat window anyway. Which deposit-limit and self-exclusion options sit in the 7Sultans account area is check on site, and whatever they are, an offshore self-exclusion covers that operator only. It does not reach Loto-Québec, PlayNow or any Ontario site, and there is no national self-exclusion list in Canada. Each province runs its own.

So if you need a hard stop, use the provincial programme and the casino's own tool together. One without the other leaves a door open.

Complaints are the other thing to know about. With a Kahnawake licence, the route after the casino's own support is the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, not a provincial regulator. Keep screenshots of your balance and of any chat where a payout is discussed. It sounds paranoid. It isn't; it is the single most useful thing you can do if a withdrawal stalls, and it costs nothing.

We read the site footer and the terms we could load, looked the domain up on the Kahnawake permit-holder list, and searched the iGaming Ontario directory and the AGLC registrant export on 14 Oct 2026.
