English or French, either is fine. A clear subject line ("Correction: Spin Casino minimum deposit") helps us route it faster.
We read every message. We don't promise a reply time, because the team is small and some corrections take a while to check properly: a casino's terms have to be read in full, sometimes in two languages, before we touch a review. If your message is about a fact on a page, you'll usually see the page change before you see our reply. Not the most polite order, we know.
Please don't send ID documents, bank details or casino passwords. We never need them, and nobody from this site will ever ask for them. If someone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If a page is wrong, tell us which one and, ideally, link to the casino's own terms that show it.
- Casino changes: a closed site, a new name, Québec added to or dropped from the excluded list.
- Privacy requests under Québec's Law 25 or PIPEDA, such as access or correction (see the privacy policy).
- Questions about how we score casinos, after you've read how we rate.
Operators can write too. We'll check what you send against your published terms; we don't sell positions or reviews.
A tip for corrections: a screenshot helps, a link to the clause helps more. "Your page is wrong" with nothing else sends us on a scavenger hunt through forty pages of terms, usually on a Friday afternoon.
What we can't do
We are not a casino and we don't hold player accounts, so we can't reopen an account, speed up a withdrawal or reverse a bet. For that, contact the casino's support first, then its licensing regulator if the casino doesn't answer. For many sites we review, that is the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission; the licence is named in each review.
We also can't give legal, tax or financial advice. We're an editorial team, not lawyers, and pretending otherwise would help nobody.
