Off by default, under Québec's Law 25
Since 22 September 2023, Québec law requires that any technology able to identify, locate or profile you be turned off by default, and that you be told about it before it's switched on. We apply that rule to every visitor, wherever you live. It is simpler, and frankly fairer.
Consent here means a clear action: you click "accept" for a category. Scrolling, closing the banner or carrying on reading is not consent. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.
Consent is also specific. Saying yes to statistics doesn't mean yes to anything else, and we ask again if the purpose of a category changes. Your choice is stored in your own browser, so if you switch devices, or clear your cookies after a long winter of browsing, you'll be asked once more.
The federal PIPEDA applies to visitors outside Québec. Its rules on meaningful consent point in the same direction, so one policy covers everyone.
The categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Remember your cookie choice and your language (English or French). No profiling. | On |
| Preferences | Small comfort settings, such as a filter left open on a listing page. | Off until you accept |
| Statistics | Count visits and popular pages so we know what to update first. Aggregated, not used to identify you. | Off until you accept |
| Advertising | We don't use advertising cookies on this site. | Not used |
If a new tool is added to any category, it will appear here before it goes live.
Cookies on casino sites
Clicking a "Play" or "Visit" button takes you to the casino. Once you are there, the casino and its affiliate platform may set their own cookies, including one that tells them you came from us. That is how the site is paid (see the affiliate disclosure). Those cookies belong to the casino and fall under its privacy policy. You can refuse them there, or clear them in your browser at any time.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent at any time. Open the cookie settings from the link at the bottom of any page and switch the categories off, or clear this site's cookies in your browser. Withdrawing doesn't affect what was collected before, but nothing new will be.
Browsers also let you block cookies entirely. The site will still work, it will just forget your language choice every time, a bit like a parking meter that forgets you paid.
Questions go through the contact page. The rest of how we handle information is in the privacy policy.
