Spin Casino Review: the $1,000 Welcome Bonus, in French and English

By the Best Canadian Casinos editorial team · Checked: 14 Oct 2026 · 19+ (18+ QC, MB, AB)

Spin Casino has been on this site since 2023, and the headline has not moved much: a welcome bonus of up to C$1,000 spread over three deposits. What did move is everything around it.

The wagering is lower than what our old page quoted. The licence line in the footer is different. And the French site now sits at its own Canadian address, which matters if you play from Québec. We read the current terms, the bonus rules and the cashier pages on 14 October 2026. Below is what holds up and what you should still confirm yourself.

Short version: a safe pick with one annoying quirk

Spin Casino is a big, well-known Games Global lobby with a 35x bonus and Interac in the cashier, and Québec is not on its restricted list. The weak spot is currency. From our checking IP the banners showed euros, and clause 1.1.10 of the terms lets the casino pay winnings in euros whatever your account currency is. That is a real annoyance, not a dealbreaker.

Fine for most players. Not exciting.

What we liked

  • 35x wagering on the bonus amount, half of the 70x our 2023 page reported
  • French interface at a dedicated Canadian path (/fr/ca/)
  • Interac, iDebit and Instadebit all listed for Canada
  • Big studio mix: Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Blueprint and more
  • App Store app, plus an Android APK from the site

What bothered us

  • € amounts in banners and terms; the C$ figure has to be confirmed in the cashier
  • The help portal would not load any readable content for us

Screenshots (old ones, for now)

Fresh captures from a Québec connection are pending, so the three images below are from our 2023 review. The layout has changed since then; use them as a rough idea of the lobby, not as proof of today's offer.

The C$1,000 welcome bonus, clause by clause

Three deposits, three matches. The Canadian copy on the site splits it like this:

Spin Casino welcome offer as published (checked 14 Oct 2026)
DepositMatchMaximum bonus
1st100%C$400
2nd100%C$300
3rd100%C$300

On top of that the banner advertised "10 daily spins to win a Million". Separate thing, a daily wheel, and it has its own rules.

Now the fine print, which is where this bonus is decent.

  • Wagering: 35x the bonus amount. A C$400 bonus means C$14,000 in bets before it turns into cash.
  • Minimum deposit to qualify: published as €10. Again, the C$ figure is a cashier check.
  • Max bet while wagering: €8 per round and 50 cents per line. Go over it and the bonus can be voided.
  • Time: no explicit wagering deadline, but an unused match bonus is forfeited after two months, and spins expire 30 days after your last deposit.
  • Wins from the welcome bonus may be capped at 6x the first deposit. The terms call this discretionary, and progressive jackpots are exempt.

That 6x cap is the clause people miss. Read it twice. I did, standing in a Tim Hortons line that moved slower than the T&Cs page loaded, and it still reads the same: management may limit it, not must.

About the old 70x figure on our 2023 page: the current bonus terms say 35x. Either the offer changed or the old page was wrong; we can't tell which, and it no longer matters. If you want to see what 35x costs at your own stake size, the wagering calculator does the arithmetic.

Deposits, withdrawals and that euro clause

The Canadian pages list a long cashier. For a Canadian, three of these methods carry most of the weight.

  • Interac (named simply "Interac"; the site does not say e-Transfer explicitly)
  • iDebit and Instadebit
  • MuchBetter, Skrill, NETELLER, ecoPayz
  • Visa for deposits and withdrawals; Mastercard for deposits only
  • Deposit-only: paysafecard, Flexepin, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • eCheck, and Neosurf on the generic homepage

No crypto. No PayPal either.

The withdrawal cap is GBP 10,000 (or the equivalent) per 24 hours under clause 7.7. Odd that a Canadian page quotes pounds, but there it is. Players who withdraw five times or more what they deposited over their lifetime may be held to €4,000 a week, at management's discretion (clause 7.6). Processing times per method were not published on the pages we read: check on site.

Then the euro thing again. Clause 1.1.10 says winnings may be paid in euros regardless of your account currency, and clause 10.19 defines "€" as euros only. In practice we expect a C$ account to pay out in C$, but the clause exists, so ask support before a large withdrawal.

Verification: photo ID, proof of address under six months old and proof that the payment method is yours. It becomes mandatory once single or cumulative transactions reach €2,000, and the casino can ask for notarized documents on large withdrawals. Send them early. Waiting for a notary on a Friday afternoon is nobody's idea of fun.

Interac with Québec banks

Interac deposits from Desjardins and Banque Nationale accounts are on our editorial test list. We have not run them yet, so we will not tell you how they go. What we can say: your own bank's daily e-Transfer limit applies before the casino's does, and that limit has a way of running out on exactly the evening you need it. Check it in your banking app first.

Games: a Games Global house with extra studios

The lobby is built around Games Global, the company that holds the old Microgaming catalogue. That means the progressive jackpots and the classics. Around it the site lists Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Spribe, Ready Play Gaming and OnAir Entertainment, which runs the live tables.

Mega Moolah is the obvious one. You can read how the jackpot tiers work and spin the demo on our Mega Moolah page before you put real money near it. Thunderstruck 2 is the other old favourite, and Tomb Raider 2 sits in the same back catalogue; whether every title is live in the Canadian lobby today, check on site.

Spribe on the list means crash-style games. Not my thing, honestly, but they have a following. How much they contribute to the 35x is a question for the bonus terms (check on site), and the answer decides whether clearing a bonus on them makes any sense.

Table players: the live tables come from OnAir; the RNG blackjack and roulette range, check on site. If you want to learn a variant without paying for the lesson, try European Blackjack in demo first. Remember the bonus terms (max €8 a round) also apply on the tables.

The number of games was not something we counted. Check on site.

One small gripe, back to the bonus for a second: the max-bet rule (€8 a round, 50 cents a line) is easy to break by accident on a high-volatility slot with a bet-multiplier button. Hacksaw titles in particular have bonus-buy and ante options on many games. Whether bonus buys are allowed while wagering is a terms question, check on site, but our advice is to leave those buttons alone until the 35x is done.

On a phone

There is an iOS app in the App Store. On Android, the site offers an APK download rather than a Google Play listing, which means allowing installs from outside the store. Some people won't do that. Fair enough: the browser version runs the same account.

We have not timed load speeds or tested the app from Québec yet. When that happens, the screenshots above get replaced. More on how phone play compares across casinos on our mobile casino page.

A practical note. If you install the APK, download it only from the casino's own domain, never from a mirror or a link in a chat. And keep in mind that the same KYC applies on the phone: your ID upload can go through the camera, which is quicker than scanning at home, assuming the app lets you (check on site).

Support: not tested yet

We have not done a live-chat test with Spin Casino. It is on the list.

What we can report is thin. The help portal (help.spincasino.com) is a script-only page, and when we fetched it nothing readable came back, so we could not confirm the hours, the channels or whether French-speaking agents are available. The interface is in French; support in French is unverified. Ask in the chat before you deposit if that matters to you.

Licence, legal status and safer-play tools

The operator for the rest of Canada is Baytree Interactive Ltd, a Guernsey company (no. 69691). The footer gives a Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence, number 01059, and the terms say it was issued on 26 August 2026. The KGC permit-holder page lists Baytree with this domain but shows no permit numbers, so 01059 comes from the operator's own footer.

Ontario and Alberta players are sent elsewhere. In Ontario, Spin Casino runs a separate site under Cadtree Limited registered with iGaming Ontario (19+); see our Ontario page. Alberta has its own regulated version too, and this review does not cover it.

Québec is not on the restricted list in clause 1.1.2.2. Loto-Québec's position is that only its own site is legal in the province, and the 2016 ISP-blocking law was struck down by the courts in 2018 and 2021. We found no record of a Québec player being prosecuted for playing offshore, but you also have no Québec consumer body to complain to. Not legal advice. Our Québec guide has the details. Minimum age: 18 in Québec.

The responsible-gambling tools (which limits exist, how self-exclusion works, how long a time-out lasts) were not spelled out on the pages we read: check on site, inside the account settings. Set a deposit limit before the first deposit, not after a bad night. The casino's tools only cover this one site, so if you want a wider break, the provincial programmes on our responsible gambling page go further.

Who should sign up, and who shouldn't

Spin suits a Québec or Maritimes slot player who wants Interac, a French lobby and a bonus that can realistically be cleared. Thirty-five times is not low, but it is fair by Canadian offshore standards.

Skip it if you want crypto, if you live in Ontario or Alberta (use the regulated site), or if the euro clause is going to keep you up at night. It might. Anyone old enough to remember slot machines dropping coins into a metal tray will find it strange that the question now is which currency a website pays in. Strange, but real.
