So: offline since at least October 2026, and probably much earlier. We can't say whether the operator closed, sold the brand or simply let the domain go. Sites that vanish without a word are, sadly, not rare in the offshore market.
What to do if you had money there
Be realistic first. Getting a balance back from a site that has gone dark is uncertain. Not impossible, though, and the steps cost nothing.
- Find the support email. Search your inbox for old Win Paradise messages: registration, deposit receipts, promotions. Write to the support address from those emails, not to anything you find through a search engine.
- Gather proof. Screenshots of your balance if you have any, deposit confirmations, bank or Interac statements, chat transcripts. Put them in one folder with dates.
- Find the licence. The 2023 site displayed a Curaçao licence. If your old emails or screenshots show a licence number, file a complaint with that regulator and attach your proof.
- Talk to your bank about any recent deposit that never reached your account. Older deposits are harder.
And keep everything. Even a reply that says nothing useful is dated evidence that you tried.
One warning. If someone contacts you offering to "recover" your Win Paradise funds for a fee, it's a scam. Every time.
Where to play instead
Three casinos we have checked in 2026, all with a stated licence and an operator you can name:
- Jackpot City: Kahnawake licence 01059 (Baytree Interactive), Québec accepted, French site, Interac.
- Spin Casino: same operator and licence, our top-rated pick at 8.7.
- Tooniebet: Tobique licence 0000050, C$ account, 20x wagering, Interac from C$10.
Why these three? Each one shows its operator and licence in the footer, publishes terms we could read, and pays in a way Canadians actually use. That's the bar Win Paradise would fail today. All three exclude Ontario and Alberta (Tooniebet also excludes New Brunswick), because those provinces have their own regulated markets: see Ontario and Alberta. Ages: 18+ in Québec and Manitoba, 19+ elsewhere. Full list in our ranking.
What Win Paradise was
Our 2023 review described a Curaçao-licensed casino run by Engage Entertainment Group, a company that also ran several sister sites. It leaned hard on bonus codes and big match offers, with games from Rival, Betsoft and a few others, and it courted Québec players.
Looking back, that profile (Curaçao licence, aggressive bonuses, no presence in any regulated province) is the kind that carries the most risk when things go wrong. It's why our current ranking weighs licence and operator transparency before bonus size, and why a page like this one now exists instead of a review that would have sent you to a dead link. Lesson learned, a bit like buying winter tires in November instead of the first snowy morning.
Frequently asked questions
Is Win Paradise closed?
The site was unreachable on 14 Oct 2026 and the last working archive copy is from 26 Jan 2025. We found no official closure notice.
Can I get my Win Paradise balance back?
Possibly, but it's uncertain. Contact support through the email address in your old account messages, keep all proof, and complain to the licensing regulator if you can find the licence number.
Is there a new Win Paradise site?
We found none. Treat any site claiming to be Win Paradise with suspicion until it shows an operator and a licence you can check.
